Bhastrika – Taking deep breath and releasing the same helps in energizing the lungs in a big way. It helps in detoxifying the entire body. This yoga asana is much helpful for the skin patients and the ones that suffer from any heart diseases.  
               
Anulom Bilom – This is the most effective pranayam. One should sit straight and close the right nostril with the thumb. Deep breathing through the left nostril by placing the forefinger on the forehead first and doing it vice versa is the right way to perform this yoga asana. Closed apperatures can be opened with this particular yoga asana. It enables the flow of energy within the body and activation of chakras. Heart patients must perform this asana.

Bhramari - Performance of this yoga asana involves closing the ears with thumbs. Eyes should be closed with second and fourth fingers that must rest on the forehead and mouth should be closed.  Taking deep breath and releasing the same while making loud humming noise with the throat is the right method to do this yoga asana. The noise must be revibrated through the whole structure. Repeating this pranayam time and again helps in saying NO to heart diseases and activating the head glands.
             
Udgeeth - This is the best pranayam. It involves deep breathing and releasing the same through the mouth by making loud sound, i.e. “Om” Repeating this several times helps the heart patients.
